Mr. Shen was admitted to the All-China Patent Agents Association in 1985. Mr. Shen has over two decades of experience in practicing patent and has prosecuted numerous patent applications both at home and abroad in the fields of electrical engineering, telecommunications, wireless, electronics, physics and mechanisims. Mr. Shen also counsels and provides opinions to clients regarding patent validity, infringement and enforcement, and advises clients on the strategy, management and leverage of their patent portfolios.
